Bio

I'm a Ph.D. student at Social and Affective Computing Group, Department of Information and Computing Sciences at Utrecht University. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Computer Engineering Department at Hacettepe University and Bogazici University respectively. After my master studies, I worked as NLP Research Engineer at different companies for ~5 years. Currently, I pursue a Ph.D. on the topic of explainability in the ML applications of the mental health domain. I am also highly interested in problems concerning fairness in ML algorithms.
